Contact LookMovie

Choose the route that matches the problem so your message can be understood and handled efficiently.

Catalog and product questions

For a movie or television record, use the Corrections page and include the exact public URL, disputed field and supporting source. For search, menu, artwork or My List, provide the device, browser, page and shortest reproducible sequence. Screenshots can help after the steps are clear, but remove account names, viewing histories and unrelated tabs first.

My List belongs to the current browser profile. If local data was erased, private browsing was used or a different device was opened, a message cannot restore that list from a server account. The Account guide explains the distinction between local saves and credentials used at an independent provider.

Privacy, providers and rights

Do not send passwords, one-time codes, payment-card details, identity documents or provider authentication tokens. LookMovie cannot resolve billing, cancellation, playback or account questions for an independent viewing service; contact that service through its official support route.

Use Rights Requests for copyright, trademark or other ownership concerns. Identify the protected work, the exact LookMovie URL, your authority and the action requested. General messages that omit the affected page are difficult to evaluate.

A contact message should be short enough to scan and complete enough to reproduce. One focused issue per message usually produces a clearer outcome than combining an artwork correction, device question and unrelated provider complaint.
